At V Collective, we want you to love every product you purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns

You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Certain items (such as perishable goods, intimate/personal care items, or final sale products) are not eligible for return.
How to start a return

Email us at hello@vcollectiveofficial.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.

We’ll reply with a return authorization and the return address.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method (minus shipping fees, if applicable).
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right.
Refunds
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after your return is received and approved.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
